SpringHill Suites Houston Hobby Airport

I like that the room was big enough for my family of 6. I was glad to have a fridge for their snacks and I was glad to have a microwave for my little ones. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was able to maintain a good temperature in the room

The room was clean, the mirrors were very reflective (Good for Pictures), the toilet paper rolls looked nice with the self made flower. Overall the room was very spacious and very clean.

We vacation quite a bit and this hotel was excellent. Normally I try and be as fair as possible for people looking for different things so I include everything in my review, but honestly the ONLY thing I found that wasn't 5stars was the mattress of the pull out trundle couch. We didn't need to use it because the couch was so large and comfortable on its own. The sheets and blankets for it were in the room already. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Not just hotel clean, it was spotless and we were pleasantly surprised to find the room cleaned and made up with no request from us. (This service had to be requested at other hotels since covid, so we weren't expecting it). They even positioned my daughter's stuffed animal on the bed with our folded blankets from home. It was a cute extra. It was quiet and close to attractions. We didn't swim in the pool because it was a cold weekend, but it looked clean. It wasn't huge and there was no hot tub, but that would be the only thing about the hotel not comparable to or surpassing Omni hotels. Honestly, the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time.

Breakfast .. Their was only one waffle maker. The line for waffles was at least 15 minutes. They need more waffle makers. They should also have at least 10-15 waffles pre-made under a warmer. they should also let guest know that their are towels at the pools so do not use the towels in the rooms. Shay at check in was very nice.
